本片為概念性實驗錄像，取材自William Gibson的短篇小說「全息玫瑰碎片」（Fragments of a Hologram Rose）。使用符號解構的手法，描述主角在失去愛情後，沈迷於自我的幻覺之中，對比人類肉身與精神感官的差異。

主角在經歷了種種人生的變革與感情的逝去之後，呈現了無可改變的悲傷與無奈感，而經由感官體驗器的輔助進入了幻想空間中，在那裡他解放了身體並得到了心靈的沈靜。

his film is a conceptual experimental video has drawn its materials from William Gibson's short story "Fragments of a Hologram Rose”. Using symbolic deconstruction, it describes the main character who is indulged in the Self hallucination after losing love, and contrasts the Boundary between the human body and the spiritual senses.
After the boy has experienced  the various ills of life, he presents an irreversible sadness and helplessness. With the help of the sensory experience device, he enters the fantasy zone, where he liberates his body and lets his mind rest.
